Best colon cleanse, or detox, to get body regular again?

Been on a weird diet for the last couple of weeks and my digestive system isn’t returning to normal as of yet, Doc recommended a colonic (yuck!!) so i am looking for an alternative way to cleasne and reboot my body.

Not for weight loss, just want products that will get my body back to normal. Thanks!!

I just had two colonics done. Actually it wasn’t bad at all. I felt refreshed afterwards.
