Colon Cleanse?

Yes…this is embarrassing to talk about to strangers, however I want to get the best and safest product there is. I am 21 years old and have been interested in doing a colon cleanse/detox for myself for awhile now- only I have been reviewing the products and each site rates them differently. I have found that the people who take Oxy Powder and Bowtrol are pleased with the results and how quickly it activates. However, I wanted to see other opinions on safe methods. It doesn’t matter to me if this is "not good"- as long as I don’t die- I am only planning on doing it once a year for about 2-3 months. Any helpful advice or suggestions of other products are welcome. Thanks guys.
