I caused myself to get constipated…. i took 1 day off of taking a dump then i end up having problems to take them but a good way to get u taking dumps normally is take walks around the block so you get your digestive system moving drink lots of cold water eat fruits and eat things with lots of fiber

A very important point, other than dietary fiber, is daily exercise, especially the abdominal muscles. These are the most important muscles that actually push against the colon to help eliminate solid waste. Sit-ups also message the intestinal area and helps move things along. I’ve been trying to treat this for 5 months. During the 5 months my muscles became so weak I could barely stand, muscle twitches, nausea, hot sweats, dizziness and even dimensia! I was getting really scared I had a severe illness.

Fibrereach diet (Oats) , *daily excercise – simple walking*, Green vegetables , wheat chapatis , plenty water… Avoid junk food – potatos .. cures constipation ..
I thought REGULARITY and CONSISTENCY are more important than going to the bathroom 2-3 times a day or whatever that may be.
