Watch My Skin (Niacin Flush)

www.facelessfatloss.com As you can see, Niacin flushes me out really well, hopefully the camera picks up on it. This was my first flush in about a year, and winter time can be a great time to do it, since the warming sensation it produces can be pronounced and even comforting, when one is used to having this flushing experience. I take the Niacin on an empty stomach and the effect kicks in rather quickly. Niacin, also known as Vitamin B3, can be an outstanding addition to your overall detox program. As I stress in my program, we can use different kinds of fasting techniques to quickly rid our bodies of excess toxins contributing to weight gain and literally countless other ailments, but in this day and age we THEN need to focus on LIFE LONG detoxing. It needs to become a part of our lifestyle. Ladies, please see my other video regarding cellulite! It is my opinion, and that of other women who’ve had success reducing and/or eliminating their cellulite, that it is primarily *caused by* toxins in your system. Rid yourself of the toxins, and rid yourself of your cellulite, in conjunction with a healthy eating plan and effective exercise (please see more of my videos and my program on these topics). Again: this is ALL about a life-style change, as I repeat ad nauseam. If you do not treat it this way, how can you expect results? How does the saying go?…”…Repeating the same thing over and over expecting a different result is called INSANITY.” Knowing this, we are required in

@MrJeff36 I personally would not take it life-long. I cycle all of my supplements, and niacin needs to be used judiciously.

Greetings, if your taking this as a life long detox of 250mg a day is this bad for your liver? thx.

Good video. One thing worth mentioning is that if you take Niacin and get upset about something, be careful… the flush may make you think you’re more emotional about it than you are. My boyfriend tried it because I was taking it, and he got a little annoyed about something, felt the niacin “heat”, misinterpreted himself as being much more upset than he originally thought, and… completely lost it! He laughs about it now but he banned himself from Niacin as a result!

@paweleve I am not a vegan, and do eat partially raw, but definitely only a portion. I try to keep my diet at least somewhat “normal” so that it is also realistic and implementable (is that a word? ;-) for everyone else. I support the vegan ideals a great deal, and was a vegetarian for over ten years. But I am struggling with aspects of agriculture, growing grains, and ethical and sustainable farming. I may one day elaborate on this more, it’s a very difficult and emotional subject for me.

  7. paweleve says:

are you a vegan, or raw foodist?

@breier777 I often don’t have time to edit videos. Instead, just look at my video listings on the right side of my channel; you will see my topless stils, with my skin far less red in color in every other example. And thanks for the compliment. :)

I just took 500mg of Niacin for the first time and thought i was having an allergic reaction. All of my skin felf like it was on fire and I got so light headed i thought i was going to pass out. If you’re just starting out i would recommend taking a small small dose.

  18. Hoorayitscameron says:

    amazing body!
    Do you count your calories/macros?

If not… how many calories do you think you take in? And about how many carbs do you usually take in on a daily basis? Thanks!

  21. facelessfatloss says:

Some of the interesting detox protocols out there have their patients take in several grams worth that they work up to over time. This allegedly increases detox tremendously AND gives a bunch of other interesting benefits. More orthodox experimentation takes several grams worth per day over long periods of time to actually help dementia victims. It is one heck of an interesting vitamin. I couldn’t tell you how much to take, I’d just encourage you to research and do what feels best for you. :)

Thank you for explaining this. I just started Niacin a week ago, and I love it, yes I feel the flushing but it is generally over in about 30minutes. expect- I made the mistake of taking a vit B-50 with a niacin 500mg- wow! that didnt feel good, then I looked at the bottle of B-50 and realized it had niacin in it as well- so I had a double dose, but I will continue this. Can I take more that one 500mg a day?

  23. facelessfatloss says:

Junior: I actually disagree that you must stretch before working out. Warming up is very important, without over-doing it, but stretching can be somewhat counter-productive for specific types of working out that I suggest. I will cover this more in a “quick start” guide that I am developing currently and should have done by the end of March. :)
