Ladies Club In Panchakarma Ayurveda Treatment
Several modalities in the Ayurveda detoxification procedure use non-toxic, lipophilic materials, such as clarified butter in the oleation phase and herbalized sesame oil in the massage and enema treatments. These traditional methods are believed to sequentially loosen and remove lipid soluble toxicants from their deposited sites and stimulate their elimination.MAY 18,2010

Panchakarma Body Detoxification
Whether it is acai berries or strawberries, pomegranate juice or cranberry juice, many people are eager to share their detox secrets online.
According to Ayurveda, each of us are created different. What is nectar for one person can be poison for another. Acai berries can help detoxify a person with fire element, but how about someone with a predominantly air element?
Every day, we are exposed to toxins in the air, water and especially in the processed food we eat. These external toxins can be heavy metals (lead, aluminum etc), drugs, food preservatives and additives, alcohol, chemicals, harmful organic compounds and so on.
Internal toxins are also released in the body as a by-product of normal metabolic activity.
Panchkarma body detoxification in Ayurveda refers to assisting and increasing the ability of the human body to rid itself of harmful toxins. The body performs the detoxification process through four main organs, which are:
• The Kidneys
• The Liver
• The Skin
• The Intestines
All toxins in your blood, whether internal or external, reach your liver before they reach any other part of the body. The liver then acts upon these toxins and removes them through the bile and kidneys. Some water soluble toxins may escape the liver detoxification, but these are then eliminated through the kidneys. Your skin too helps in the process of body detoxification by eliminating toxins through sweat and skin rashes.
However, the number of toxins consumed by the body may be more than what it is able to rid itself of. So, a panchakarma body detoxification is highly recommended by Ayurveda doctors. They recommend that you undergo a detox process personalized for your body type. For the best results, here are some natural ways to detoxify your body:
Water is the main detoxifying agent in our body. It helps to clean the skin and kidneys and improves sweating through exercise. Many of us are chronically dehydrated, and doctors recommend a minimum of eight glasses of water daily.
The next step in natural detoxification is a raw-food diet. This means consumption of more fruits and vegetables and less of proteins and fat rich red meat, milk products, refined food and fried food. Adding fiber to your diet will help to detoxify your system regularly.
Another important component of natural detoxification is regular exercise. Exercise relieves toxins from the body by sweating and also helps in good bowel habits. Exercise improves our general metabolism and helps with overall detoxification. Aerobic exercise helps to maintain a well-toned body.
Regular bathing helps the body to get rid of toxins that accumulate on the skin, and also opens the pores. Saunas and oil massages help the body to cleanse completely.
Natural therapists believe that if the detox process is carried out the proper way, then our bodies don’t have to work overtime in an attempt to detoxify our systems. They can focus on doing more important things, like fighting off disease. With all of these heath benefits, body detoxification is surely worth our time and effort.
Ayurvedic detoxification increases the body’s natural ability to get rid of toxins through a diet and massage program as well as consumption of special herbs.
